Product Overview
Polymer modified asphalt waterproof coating is a water-based waterproof coating produced by using petroleum asphalt as the base material, SBS rubber as the modifier, natural nanomaterials as fillers, and polymer additives through scientific formulation. It has excellent construction performance and service performance, and the coating film has excellent elastic-plastic property, low temperature flexibility and aging resistance; Polymer modified asphalt waterproof coating not only has excellent water resistance and impermeability, but also has a soft coating and the effect of high-end waterproof membrane. It is also easy to apply, and the wet base can be cured into a film with strong adhesion and resistance to pressure penetration. It is particularly suitable for complex structures and can significantly reduce construction costs. It is used on various material surfaces and is a new generation of environmentally friendly waterproof coating.
Product Features
·Due to the temperature and mechanical effects of high polymers, asphalt enters its three-dimensional network structure and becomes an organic polymer elastomer, greatly improving the performance of asphalt and endowing the product with rubber characteristics.
·Easy to construct, widely applicable, and has obvious advantages in the construction of complex parts.
·Easy to repair, only partial repair of the damaged area is needed to achieve the original waterproof effect.
·After curing, a seamless and complete elastic waterproof layer is formed, which improves the waterproof and anti-seepage ability of construction projects, which cannot be achieved by roll products.
Construction method
The construction sequence should start with nodes, additional layers, and then proceed with large-scale painting;
Board joint sealing: After cleaning the joint groove, fill it with sealing material;
Seam reinforcement: After the board seam is sealed (water-based products must be completely dry), the additional layer should be laid short;
Overall coating: First lay the base layer. Dilute this product with water and apply it all over the roof. Afterwards, apply the product in layers and layers. It is advisable to lay mesh cloth or other matrix materials while coating; The tire body should be scraped flat to eliminate bubbles and soak the coating; The topmost coating of the tire body should be applied at least twice, and its thickness should not be less than 1mm; When using a two-layer tire body, the upper and lower layers should not be laid perpendicular to each other, and the lap joints should be staggered, with a spacing of not less than one-third of the width;
Apply protective layer: After the last layer of coating is dry, water-based reflective insulation cover coating can be sprayed. Fine sand or colored sand, mica or vermiculite, and other spreading materials can also be used to screen out powder materials; When using mortar or block materials as a protective layer, an isolation layer should be laid on top of the waterproof layer, and then the mortar surface should be smoothed and pressed smooth, and surface dividing joints should be set up with an area of 1m2. A 30mm gap should be reserved between the dividing joint and the parapet wall, and this product should be coated and embedded.
