Product Overview
Waterborne 951 polyurethane waterproof coating is a new type of waterproof material encouraged by the country. Due to its excellent performance, easy construction, guaranteed waterproof effect, and long service life, it has been widely used in various waterproof and anti-seepage projects.
The waterborne 951 polyurethane waterproof coating is prepared with VAE and acrylic acid copolymer lotion as the base material and modified by a specific process. It has the characteristics of high elasticity of organic materials and good durability of inorganic materials, and its comprehensive performance has reached the advanced level of similar products in China. Approved as a recommended product for use by the China Construction Industry Association.
Product Features
·Water based, single component packaging, adjustable color, can add water during construction, belongs to polymer curing products.
·Wet base surface can be constructed, with strong adhesion to the base layer, and the coating has a wide adaptability to the base surface.
·The coating has high tensile strength, great extensibility, good overall waterproof layer, and strong resistance to cracking and deformation of the base layer.
·High solid content, low specific gravity, low usage per unit area, and high cost-effectiveness.
·Excellent cold and heat resistance, chemical corrosion resistance, aging resistance, and mold resistance.
Construction method
Follow the 5.1 standard in GB50207-94 "Technical Code for Roofing Engineering".
Grassroots treatment: The grassroots must be flat, firm, clean, without visible water, and the internal and external corners should be made into circular arcs. The old roof should have the original cracked and bulging waterproof layer and dust removed, and the low-lying and damaged areas should be leveled. Leak proof areas must be sealed first, and the base layer should be flat without visible water. Special areas such as water outlets and dividing joints should first undergo flexible sealing treatment. The painting procedure generally starts with the internal and external corners, then the vertical surface, and finally large-scale construction.
Bottom coat construction: Mix water and paint in a 1:3 weight ratio, stir evenly before use. The use of primer can improve the permeability of the coating to the base layer and enhance the bonding strength.
Coating application: Rolling, scraping, and brushing methods can be used for construction, and it is recommended to use a thin layer multiple coating method. Each coating should not be too thick, generally divided into 3-4 coats, with a total thickness of 1.5-2.0mm. Wait for the coating to dry and form a film before applying the next coat of paint. Weak links should be reinforced with tire body materials.
After each coating is dry, a construction quality inspection should be carried out. If there are any omissions or bulges, they should be repaired.
