Product Overview
The universal K11 waterproof coating is a kind of polymer modified composite waterproof slurry, which is a proprietary technology through scientific research, combined with macromolecular polymer lotion and inorganic powder. It is a two-component slurry. The powder is composed of high-quality cement, selected quartz sand and unique macromolecular polymer. At the same time, it forms an integral whole with dual waterproof effects on the base surface.
Product Features
1. Capable of covering fine cracks, with high compressive strength and strong adhesion;
2. The dried coating becomes a semi-rigid and tough coating film;
3. Resist high hydrostatic pressure and have waterproof effect on negative water surface;
4. Construction can be carried out on both wet and rough surfaces:
5. Coating can prevent moisture and salt pollution, and can prevent moisture and salt pollution to the finish;
6. Wear resistant, impact resistant, and highly adhesive. After the slurry dries and solidifies, it can be directly pasted onto tiles or plastered for leveling.
Scope of application
Suitable for moisture-proof and waterproof treatment in structures such as factory buildings, warehouses, basements, kitchens, bathrooms, drinking water pools, swimming pools, etc.
Construction method
Use a brush or roller to evenly apply the adhesive onto the base surface and then smooth it out, without leaving any gaps. If used for moisture prevention, only one layer needs to be applied. For waterproofing, two to three layers need to be applied (when the first layer is dry and not sticky to the hand, the next layer can be applied, and the direction of each two layers should be perpendicular).
Grassroots treatment
The base surface must be solid, flat, clean, free of dust, oil stains, and other loose materials. Obvious pores and sand holes need to be blocked and smoothed with cement mortar. Sharp edges should be removed, and internal and external corners can be smoothed with cement mortar to form a 45 degree circular arc surface; Before applying the slurry, wetting the base with water beforehand can help the slurry penetrate the base and make the operation easier.
